Purchased for my best friend's birthday; we always give gifts late. To cement our tradition, I ordered just in time for the COVID lockdown, and a long wait. That led to many entertaining email exchanges with Steven, who is a Customer Service Dream! When it arrived at last, we opened it "together" 1900 miles apart. It was SO FUN to listen to her comments, and her excitement. Now on display in her window overlooking the Lake! As I told Steven "Best gift ever. It's all downhill after the Hoan!"
