I love your products. I now have two: The Hoan Bridge and The 414 neon light. Love them both. I wish you would expand into a larger size and focus on holiday neon such as a four leaf clover, pumpkin, autumn leaf, snowman, firecracker, etc.

Purchased for my best friend's birthday; we always give gifts late. To cement our tradition, I ordered just in time for the COVID lockdown, and a long wait. That led to many entertaining email exchanges with Steven, who is a Customer Service Dream! When it arrived at last, we opened it "together" 1900 miles apart. It was SO FUN to listen to her comments, and her excitement. Now on display in her window overlooking the Lake! As I told Steven "Best gift ever. It's all downhill after the Hoan!"

This is actually the third one of these we have purchased, these are fantastic! And for a glass neon, very sturdy with a vibrant and consistent color with easy on and off switch at the base. Customer service is excellent, we received each one of these right away. We highly recommend this company and their unique and easy to care for neons!
